Cool Homemade Black Swan Costume

This was my black swan costume from 2011! My friend and I love making Halloween costumes every year and decided to do Black Swan last year. It was pretty easy to make, besides the makeup. I bought a black tutu, knitted gloves, and a crown at a nearby Halloween store. I took feathers and sewed them around the neck of a black tube top I had at my house.

The day of I just stuck feathers in the holes in the gloves. There are lots of videos on the internet on how to do the make up. I got 2nd place in a local Halloween costumes contest that year.
