Coolest Homemade BoPeep and Sheep Costume

I started out wanting to be BoPeep and so I started making my costume, and found that I wasn’t much for sewing, so inevitably I gave that task to my mom. She made my daughter’s costume with clearance fabric from Walmart ($10). I got a cane and wrapped it with pink ribbon for the staph. Then I got a sweater for me (we live in Colorado and it usually snows on Halloween), and about 15 packages of cotton balls, and fabric glue.

We were a hit in our homemade BoPeep and sheep costume, but if I had to do it over, I would find some way to make it not so heavy. You wouldn’t think cotton balls would be that heavy – but with thousands of them they get pretty heavy.
