For this homemade Bride and Groom Lego Halloween couple costume idea – I started with 2″ foam insulation for each head I cut two circles and attached them with three dowels then covered with cardboard.
For the bride I added a smaller foam piece to the top of the head and a tiara with tool for the veil. For the groom I cut a bigger circle out of foam for the brim of the hat and another for the top of the hat and connected them with tag board.
I made the bodies out of cardboard and duct tape and covered them with tag board, for a smooth look. For the bride I made a door in the back to get in and out easier. I used spray paint for the bodies and hand pained the detail with latex paint. I made the hands out of foam as well.
For the bride I used two pieces glued together and used a Pringles can for the arm. For the groom I used three pieces glued together. I painted them with latex paint. For the flowers I also used foam for the base and the top of the flower and tag board for the petal part. I made a ring out of tinfoil and self adhesive jewels.
The grooms feet were made of cardboard and duct tape and covered in tag board. I zip tied them to a pair of crocs. I cut a hole in the mouth to see and covered it with plastic mesh.
