This Cruella de Ville costume was very easy and inexpensive to put together. I spent about $10 on the entire thing and also used things I already had. The hardest part was finding a perfect fur coat. Luckily a friend of mine lent me her mother’s coat but I’m sure you could find one at a thrift shop.
I wore a black tank top and a long black skirt with it. I bought white hair-spray and long white gloves at a Halloween Costume Shop. Since my hair is already dark black, all I had to do was spray the other side with the white spray. I used blue eyeshadow & bright red lipstick for the makeup. Lastly I attached a cigarette to a half piece of a chopstick; I got this idea from a costume store but chose to make mine. It was very simple to make and everyone loved it!
