Coolest Homemade Dark Knight Joker Costume

This is my homemade 2009 Dark Knight movie Joker costume.

This costume was created using clothing purchased from thrift stores. The long purple overcoat was once tan and was dyed purple. The green vest was once a green blazer. I simple cut the sleeves off and stitched around the opening that was left.

The purple pants were once tan-colored dress slacks that I also dyed purple. The tie, shoes, and dress shirt were purchased from the thrift store and used in their original color.

The black grenades were green plastic grenades purchased from the $ store that I painted black. The brown grenades were clear plastic Yo-Yo Ball’s that were painted brown. The purple string that attached the grenades together was purchased from the Hobby Lobby store. The grenades were attached to the coat using key rings.

The make-up was done by a buddy of mine who is a graphic artist. He also made the scars using hot glue from a hot glue gun. This is my actual face(no mask) that he painted. This is my actual hair also (no wig). Green face paint was used in the hair to give it a green tint. Hope you all enjoy the Homemade Dark Knight Joker Costume.
