We went in a Homemade Flintstone Family Halloween Costume this year.
Wilma wore a white halter top sundress with jagged edges cut all around the bottom of the dress The necklace was found at Goodwill.
Fred’s outfit was an orange graduation gown that I shortened and cut the arms off. Then I glued black felt shapes to it. His tie was simply a piece of blue fabric.
Pebbles’ outfit was a green onesie cut to T-shirt length. I glued black felt shapes to it as well. We had the diaper cover already (and she’s wearing tights because it was cold.) Her bone was just a piece of felt shaped as a bone and glued to a barrette.
Dino’s costume was the hardest and most time-consuming. I bought a few pieces of purple felt (already had the tan, white and black) and started cutting and stuffing and sewing, grabbing the dog every once in a while to measure the costume around her.
