My son’s homemade Halloween costume this year was Frosty the Snowman.
I took one of my husband’s old hooded sweatshirts, cut off the sleeves and glued cotton stuffing from an old pillow all over the sweatshirt. To make it round in the middle, I took a round pop-up clothes hamper, cut the bottom out and attached it to the inside.
After adding the snow-like sparkles with spray adhesive as well as some accessories, such as the hat and scarf, this is what we ended up with: a costume that cost less than $12.
I love it! I want to try something like that for my dog for this year’s Christmas card!

Love it! What kind of glue did you use?
