Coolest Homemade Garden Gnome Costume

This is my daughter dressed in a Homemade Garden Gnome Costume sitting on a mushroom. It was about $30 dollars to make. I started with a hula hoop as the base of the mushroom, then I pinned the fabric all around it, I cut a hole in the center just big enough for her to fit through and then I lined the inside with more fabric so I could stuff it with balloons. I used suspenders to hold up the mushroom. Then stuffed a pair of black pants and shoes and attached it to the mushroom.

I then put her inside the mushroom and put on her blue shirt and belt, hat and beard. She was able to walk around in this no problem and one 1st place at both contests that she entered.
