We made this Kramer and Elaine from Seinfeld Couple Costume mostly from clothing we found at thrift stores, but what really made them believable was the hair. Elaine’s wig was made from a Dorothy (Wizard of Oz) wig with the braids undone. Once I trimmed the hair to make it even, I scrunched some up for volume on top and clipped it so that it would stay. With a long skirt, jacket, and glasses (an old pair of sunglasses with the lenses popped out), Elaine was ready to go.
Kramer’s hair and sideburns were made from wool hair purchased at a costume store. The clothing needed to have dress pants worn a little too short. Having a big nose doesn’t hurt either.
