I got tickets to the Lady Gaga Monster Ball tour in 2010. My mom and I made this Lady Gaga Hello Kitty Extravaganza costume together! Starting from early May to the Metero ride on the way to the concert we were working our little butts off! We made many of the Hello Kitties from Hello Kitty T-Shirts to keep the cost lower. At the Lady Gaga concert on Sept. 7th I got a round of applause from my AMAZING outfit, I was also picked up by a few news sites! (pretty cool right?).
I also wore it for Halloween that year, Otakon 2012 and to my school on Celebrity day. The second I walked in in my fantastic costume EVERYONE stopped talking, and now I’m kind of a legend. When I went to Otakon in this I was stopped about every 5 minutes because people wanted my picture, I even got a discount on a Hello Kitty because the man working there got more business from me! A lot of people didn’t realize it was a Lady Gaga dress, they just thought I was supposed to be Hello Kitty. But either way they ate it up! My mom and I are very proud of our hard work and hope you like it!
