My granddaughter wanted a Little Bo Peep Girl Costume for Halloween ! So I looked at premade costumes, they were not very cute! I bought a simple little girls dress pattern and made her a dress and then also made a pinafore with lots of ribbon details. I also made her bonnet by guessing, it turned out cute
I also made the pantaloons by taking a pair of her pants and cutting around them for size and added ruffles and ribbon to make it seem like the real thing. I bought a candy cane from a dollar store cover it with matching material add a sheep to it and some ribbon, then for her bucket I bought a sheep stuffed animal from a thrift store, gutted it, sewed a liner in it and handle. Put a pair of tights on her and a pair of dressy shoes.
It took about 4-5 hours total and is cute.
