Coolest Homemade Mail Order Bride Costume

I went as a mail order bride last Halloween, my costume only cost like $35. I borrowed the dress from my boyfriend’s parents who have a huge collection of Halloween costumes, I got the box, the stickers and the bubble-wrap from the FedEx store. I got the fake cheesy flowers from AC Moore. My veil was made out of bubble wrap and the top of my dress was covered in it too.

My box was held up by rope “suspenders”, and I wore a bunch of cheesy make-up from the dollar store. I got a whole bunch of complements for it since not many other people have gone as mail order brides.

My something old was my mom’s earrings, my something new was the bubble wrap, my something borrowed was the dress, and my something blue was my fake pearls.
