Cool Homemade Marge Simpson Costume for a Man

The year was 2007, I think, and the Simpson’s movie finally came out. I tend to go to Halloween parties as something from a TV show or movie, so that year it was the Simpsons. I really wanted to go as Homer, but it was tough coming up with a way to do the head. Bart, Lisa, and Maggie all have the spiked hair so that was going to be hard to make in three dimensions. Marge was going to be hard I thought, but then I figured her hair was just a cylinder.

I made a cone out of poster board and covered it with pillow stuffing or something and spray painted it blue. The necklace are Styrofoam balls painted red and strung together. The dress is just green fabric that I attempted to stitch together.
