Each year my company has a Halloween Costume Contest. The best part of the costume is my name is actually Marcia and as many times as people say ‘Marsha, Marsha, Marsha!” to me I knew this was the costume meant for me. I found the idea for a Marsha Brady Halloween costume from this site and put my own imagination with the help of my sis-in-law to bring it all together.
I used a large stiff poster board with scrap booking/construction paper for the old tube style TV look. I had my husband paint little wood blocks on a round thin piece of wood in gray spray paint for the knobs. Printed color pics of the Brady characters from the web and borrowed white go-go boots and dress from my friend. I have a long blonde wig (which you can’t see in the picture) tied in pig tails with white ribbons. MARSHA MARSHA MARSHA!! I played the theme song as I walked through the building.
For the building contest I came in 4th place and in my department I won for most creative.
