The hardest part of this Homemade Miss Argentina Adult Halloween Costume? The collar cape!
This thing was a pain, I finally came up with something that worked out wonderfully, taps plastics in San Mateo, CA.
I bought a poster board of thin plastic, and sewed material to it, it was perfect after numerous tries and fails with other materials (like wire). The dress I found at Goodwill for 8 bucks, and the sash is just satin ribbon and iron ons.
