This year our family decided to go as Monsters Inc. All homemade Monsters Inc group costumes were handmade and quite inexpensive! except the Sully material that cost us $45.
The Mike Wazoski was made from a giant balloon and then paper mache`d all our eyes we used white one way stickers to see out! Except for the material most parts were bought at our local dollar store. We went through about 50 glue sticks (the big ones!). All in all it was as much fun to make as to where them!

How did you make the Sully costume?
We are doing a homecoming float for our freshman class in Folsom CA. I have searched high and low for costumes. What would be the chances of you selling us or donating your costumes for our parade??? My 2 year old daughter looks just like Boo from the movie, all her teachers at Nursery school call her that… so inspired the idea to do our family costumes after the movie this year. Just googling and trying to get prices and ideas, came across this and I’m AMAZED!!!!
