This Homemade Peacock Costume was inspired by Audrina Patridge off “The Hills” on MTV. The top is a corset top that was originally ivory colored dyed with polyester fabric to the perfect green color.
I bought the feathers off eBay (about 50) and used them on the front and the tail. The bottom is a tutu skirt and fishnet stockings and heels to complete the look.
