I wanted a sexy and fun costume for Halloween so I decided to dress up as my favorite bird, a Peacock Costume. The costume was a bit of a challenge at first as I wanted to have the tail fan out as well as lay down. I wasn’t able to come up with a light-weight idea that could collapse the tail to make it easy to get around parties with so I decided to make the tail down.
For the skirt/tail I bought real peacock feathers offline and sewed them in layers to a thin strip of satin and attached a belt to it made of the same material. I bought a pair of frilly panties at a local Halloween shop to wear as briefs. For the top I chose to wear a peacock blue corset and bra underneath to support my chest. Top it off with heels and hair and you’ve got a peacock costume!
