Pretty Homemade Peacock Corset and Costume

I got the Idea of a Peacock costume from an expensive one that I saw online. I knew I could create an amazing one of a kind costume, without spending hundreds of dollars. I started compiling a folder of photos & ideas of what I wanted to make. I ordered the materials I needed from various places online.

I hot glued the feathers to the bones of the corset, & made the tail from a folding piece of cardboard that I stuck into the back of the corset & used Velcro to keep it in place. I used Swarovski crystals to accent the sides of the corset and the eyes of the peacock feathers.

I’m very proud of my costume and I’m excited to share it with everyone here. Hope you like it.
