Cool Handmade Peacock Halloween Costume

I used an old cocktail dress from a cruise when I was in High school. Bought some peacock feathers from a friend who’s father had a peacock farm, made a broch, sewed some of the feathers to the bottom of the dress, put some up in my hair as the “tail” and glued one over my eye. Turned out way cute and got a ton of complements.
