Coolest Homemade Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich Couple Costume

We wanted to go as a couple and wanted to be comfortable for the night. We saw a picture of a child dressed up as a sandwich and decided to make it a two person contest. This Homemade Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich Couple Costume is a perfect couples costume because it encourages a lot of hugging!

We bought purple and brown shirts and iron on letters and then for the bread we found a twin size mattress pad and cut it in half and then cut it into the shape of bread. We spray painted the edges dark brown for the crust and attached arm straps with pieces of ribbon. It was a hit at the parties we attended!!
