Coolest Homemade Pokemon Trainer Ash Kethum Costume

I’m still making costumes for Max (see Franklin Turtle costume when he was 3). Max, at 7 years old, loved Pokemon and wanted to be Trainer Ash Kethum for Halloween. I put together this quick and easy Homemade Pokemon Trainer Ash Kethum Costume and thought I’d share it with you.

I took an old red baseball cap and stenciled the circle and half moon in the front and painted it with yellow craft paint. I also had a pair of Spongebob gloves that were black and yellow so I just cut off the finger tips.

He wore a long-sleeve white t-shirt, blue cargo pants, blue down vest from Old Navy that he already owned. I only had to purchased a plush Pokemon over sized pillow that I pinned to the back of the vest.

As you can see, the resemblance is uncanny!
