The main part of this PopCorn Box Costume is just a box that fits my son. I just cut out the armholes and neck hole. I spray painted the box white then taped off the stripes and painted them red. I got letter cut outs and traced them and hand paint the POP CORN logo.
The popcorn was made from Great Stuf, layered on top of each other.
