I bought a child’s snow white costume and added lace at the bottom due to the face that it was a bit short for me. I also bought the wig and white thigh highs to go with the look.
However, my boyfriend’s costume was completely homemade. He wore a pair of brown trouser pants with dress shoes. He found a crushed red velvet shirt at a Thrift shop. He wore glasses and sewed together a tan colored piece of material for the dwarf hat. The beard was made from a fabric store. The white beard had to be cut short to be like Doc dwarf and glued to a string which was tied around his head. He wore a name tag that read ” DOC, Medical Director of Enchanted Forest”
He carried around a medical chart which was for White, Snow. She was concerned about her health. Inside had some information stating snow white’s age, DOB, etc. Her complaint included: “Patient is concerned she has been with several dwarfs, poisoned by an apple, but needs full check up because has met prince charming…” Or something of those words. Our Homemade Snow White and Doc the Dwarf Couple Costume was a hit!
