I got the idea for this Homemade Stay Puft Marshamallow Man Costume from this site, but I am someone who needs perfection so I decided to elaborate on it. I bought 2 pairs of sweat suits (1 med., 1 XXL) and I sewed them inside of the other. Then stuffed each section with stuffing from a craft store and sewed each section shut piece by piece.
For the head I took a cardboard box, beat the crap out of it until it formed a close shape and then used 3 rolls of tape to get it to hold that shape permanently. After, I used felt to cover the head and cut the eyes and mouth out. Using nylons I glued over the eyes so that I could still see, yet made the costume look near professional.
The night was a blast, I won 3 costume contests and also got very very drunk. Double WIN!
