Coolest Homemade Tea Party Halloween Costume Idea

My youngest loves to play tea party so when asked what she wanted to be she said a tea party.

For this homemade tea party Halloween costume idea, we took an old cardboard box and cut a hole big enough for her head. Then we covered it with white paper. I attached a tablecloth to the cardboard box letting it cover the hole so that it wouldn’t rub her neck. I hot glued it in place so it would not blow in the wind.

We hot glued plastic plates and cups from an old tea set to the top of the box. Using hot glue we added some plastic fruit and breads to the plates. We took and old clear plastic teapot and put some brown paper in it to look like tea,and attached elastic to the bottom so that she could wear it as a headpiece.

This homemade tea party Halloween costume idea was a big hit and she won at her costume contest.
