I made this Homemade Teen Wolf Halloween Costume last year. I had to have the jersey custom made online. Then I used spray adhesive on a turtle-neck shirt and wrapped the pieces of hair all over by body. I cut up werewolf costumes too get the hair parts.
It was my favorite costume except all the hair that got into my mouth that night.
