My Junior year of College at the University of San Francisco, my friends and I thought up the best homemade Teletubbies Group Costume. We spray painted tutus, got matching tops and used duct tape and tin foil to make the TV screen on our tummies.
Then we just bought chap plastic headbands and pipe cleaner and shaped the head pieces from there. It was a simple, inexpensive and creative twist to a normally bulky and awkward costume that not many people do anyway. It was unique, creative, people knew exactly who we were (very identifiable) and it was super cute too! Enjoy!
