This is my homemade transformer costume which took me two days to make. I named it the Tan-yota, my name is Tania and I drive a Toyota haha
I used cardboard boxes to cut out the shapes and purchased everything else at the dollar store. The wheels are Frisbees that I painted in black to simulated a tire, I glued tin foil and a light up spinner toy for the rims. I glued luggage straps in the inside to secure the hood and the back piece on.
The entire car was covered up with poster board paper, and the headlights were mini touch led lights… viola! This was a very fun costume but it was even better when I got it to “transform”
