This Homemade Iron Man Costume took months of hard work and ingenuity to achieve the life like appearance. Starting off as nothing more than sheets of paper, the costume took form. From paper to a sturdy plastic, the costume now had the feel of real armor. Next came the body filler to give it the smooth finish and the clean edges. After hours upon hours of sanding and more body filler, that look was finally achieved and ready for paint. With a spray of red, gold, and silver, the legendary costume was finished.
