I made the headpiece, mask and shoulders. The headpiece is wide sheer ribbon looped and sewn / hot glued onto felt covered cardboard, then bobby pinned into the hair. The mask is based on old sunglasses frames, with fake flower pieces glued to a standard black mask cut to size and glued to the frames.
The shoulders are just card stock curved and folded to fit. I bought the wig from a Halloween store but everything else I just found as pieces for cheap online or on eBay.
