Coolest Lunette The Clown Homemade Costume

I have always been told this would be the supreme costume for me, and it was so easy to make! I found the dress at a local thrift shop, chopped it off to a mini dress length because it was easier than makin pants. I found the shirt as well then drew the smiley faces on the top.
I cut holes in the hat and BLAMO!
