When you think classics, you think Back to the Future. We decided to Fly from Chicago to Las Vegas for Halloween, and wanted to walk the strip with a good costume. We made the right choice! Marty McFly and Doc Brown couple costume! Everyone stopped walking to take a picture with us, like we were street professionals or something.
This was a relatively cheap and easy costume to put together, but it was all about details. Marty McFly had to have the right shoes (we found old school Nike’s that were as close as they could be). The vest also had to be perfect, because that is what stands out the most. We even printed out SAVE THE CLOCK TOWER flyers to hand out. People really appreciated our efforts. For Doc Brown, we purchased a painters outfit, and wore a tool belt with a remote control that we had laying around from an old remote control car. The funniest thing about this costume is that I wanted to wear steel toe boots because Doc Brown wears them in the movies. Well, the boots weight over 10lbs, and put our luggage overweight on the Airline, so I had to carry them on. But, overall, it turned out to be exactly how we wanted them to look.
