I made this Mummy Spider Webbed Costume for my nephew, but he didn’t want to be a regular mummy so I made him a webbed mummy being eaten by spiders.
First I had him wear a white turtle neck and some long thermal pants. I cut a sheet into long strips. I started to wrap him up making sure to not make it so tight because he needed to take it off and on since we started a few days early. I hot glued it on the way to make sure the stripes stayed in place.
After I was done wrapping up the whole thing I took him outside where I randomly spray-painted the outfit with red paint to make it look like blood. I them applied spray adhesive and added the cotton web all over the body. I added a lot of different size spiders. Lastly we covered his head and painted his face white with touches of black.
