Coolest Ninja Turtles DIY Couple Costume

This is how I made this Ninja Turtles DIY Couple Costume:

Body:
Bought a full body spandex suit for my turtle skin from www.begreenman.com. It was a little expensive but well worth it. Chest piece is made out of a mustard colored fleece material. Cut two same sized pieces into the desired shape and sewed them together and stuffed with an old pillow. Then we anchored them to the green man costume and added cheap fabric glue to seal it all.

Shell:
Was made from old couch cushion and shaved to desired form. Cheap paint from Walmart was used to color it. A combination of black, green, and brown was used. Attached it with some thin black rope similar to backpack straps.

Accesories:
Elbow and knee pads were used from old couch cushions as well wrapped in red duct tape. Wrist bands were made from red duct tape. Belt was made from brown fabric. Belt buckle was made from cardboard painted black and attached a wood letter using hot glue bought from a local fabric store. Masks were cardboard cut to desired shape wrapped in old red t shirt hot glued to stick. Bought the sais from a Halloween store 5$. Flip flop sandals to create the turtle feet look.
