My husband made the Lego head with a balloon and paper mache. He made the body out of cardboard with drywall compound on it. The zipper and Police badge is poster board he cut out piece by piece. The hands are Styrofoam my husband carved out and painted. The legs are cardboard and Styrofoam.
This Homemade Police Officer Lego Man Costume was a lot of work but our little boy, Spencer, loved it and so did all his friends.
