This Homemade Sexy iPhone Costume was made for the Halloween right after the iPhone came out…so everyone was obsessed with the fact that I HAD an iPhone. So what better than to acknowledge it even more and BE an iPhone!
To make the body I just sewed a piece of black fabric to a piece of silver fabric (on the back). The buttons are individual squares of fabric that I decorated with the different icon designs with puff paint, then sewed onto the front. I also used puff paint for all the things on the top of the “screen”.
Everyone was loving on the costume all night long. Not only that but I got to use the pick-up line “It’s all touchscreen, baby!”, all night long.
