My sister and I went in a Siamese Twins Couple Costume. I sewed a skirt to go around us both. It had Velcro on the side so we could take it off when we needed. We wore shorts underneath and when we went on stage I had a friend dressed in a doctor’s outfit come on stage, get under our skirt and separate us. We won for best couple.
