Cool Homemade Thomas the Train Costume

Thought I would make a Homemade Thomas the Train Costume for my 2-year old for Halloween 2011. Used a Diaper Box, shoe box, coffee can, soft colored foam board, Parmesan Cheese container for pipe, spray paint, Styrofoam, blue painter’s tape, and glue gun. Took about 5 hours.

When all was said and done, the costume seemed to heavy for my son’s shoulders but fit perfectly over the radio flyer. The shoe box is for the Halloween candy, and I am thinking of putting dry ice on the pipe for the steam.
