I made the Buzz costume using cardboard, poster paint, spray paint, elastic, label stickers, and a few thrift store finds. I started by cutting out the chest piece and the lower half of the arms from cardboard, then, spray painting them white. After it dried I added the details with poster paint, and attached some elastic from the shoulders to the waist so it could be worn. The head cover is just a purple sweater with the arms cut off. The top half of the arms is a tight white undershirt. The laser light button I made by drawing it on a sticker label with permanent marker, cutting it out, and sticking onto the sleeve. The pant edges, and gloves are also painted with poster paint.
The Jessie costume is made with yellow construction paper cutout in the appropriate shapes, and the stapled onto a white collar shirt. I also made the hat by spray painting a straw cowboy hat with brick colored spray paint, and then sowing around with white yarn. The chaps are just a long rectangle cut out of white cloth, and painted with poster paint.
