I had been wanting to do an Ursula costume forever. This is my version of it! The tentacles are sort of a belt that I wore all night and stuffed with basic poly fill. There is a wire in each tentacle so that I can bend it. There are a few layers of tulle underneath the tentacles to give it a little more poof. I just spiked my hair up and threw on a gold shell.
