Four college students that were broke came up with the best costume for a total of twenty dollars each. As everyone’s eyes were glued to the television to watch Michael Phelps and the USA olympic swimming team we figured we could turn some heads with our costumes. We ended up winning the contest and became instead celebrities at our school in our Homemade USA Swim Team Group Costume.
