Here’s our try at Wall-e. He has a working audio player, playing the same music Wall-e did in the movie (I used an mp3 player with a portable speaker). The costume is wired with L.E.D. lighting in the eyes, laser between the eyes, and lighting for the environmental warning on the front.
We made the Wall-e body from foam board, specially cut. Used a combination of foam board, poster board, card board and pringle can lids for Wall-e’s head. We used a playmate cooler for Wall-e’s trick or treating bag. Worked great and everyone loved it!
I noticed you have a rubik’s cube on your right side. Are you trying to recreate the part where wall-e gets the cube?
