We each bought a plain Superhero t shirt then cut it however we wanted it. Captain America drew stars and stripes on a bandeau and white tank top with glue then covered the glue with glitter. The tutus were made with elastic then we tied strips of tulle on to the band. The tutus were a lot more time consuming than we had hoped. The end result was totally worth it!
