Cutest Amelia Clairehart Toddler Costume

We wanted our one year old daughter, Claire’s, Halloween costume to be simple, unique, and pro-female empowerment. Amelia Earhart was a perfect choice. This is how we did it:

We found the hat with attached goggles online, cut one of mom’s scarfs in half, borrowed the jacket from a friend’s little boy, and already owned the shoes and leggings.

The entire costume cost under $3 – and it was a bonus that we could mix our daughter’s name into the costume for a super cheesy twist on Amelia Earhart/Clairehart.
