Cutest Homemade Hot Chocolate Costume Ever

This Hot Chocolate costume was fairly easy. I took a small laundry basket ($1.00) and cut the bottom out. I then covered with felt ($3.74). I had the foam pads already but you can purchase a pack for  $1.00. I already had art paint. I bought a bag of white pom poms and and sparkling tissue paper. I made the handle out of foam board ($1.00). I then covered in felt and glued to the basket. It is very light weight.

I then took a birthday party hat and covered it in cotton balls to look like whip cream. I took a brown throw blanket and wrapped it around my niece. She loved it and her eyes lit up when you put it on.
