Cutest Homemade Little Gumball Machine

I bought an acrylic dome that is used for security cameras that are mounted on the ceiling. I filled it with sponge balls used for magic tricks. Then I placed white felt on the back to enclose the balls. The bottom part of the machine is made of red felt. It has suspenders on it and the ball snaps on.

The coin slot is made of spray painted craft foam. I used embossed paper for the texture of the coin slot. The turn handle is made of several of the same pieces layered on top of each other to give it dimension. The are hot glued to a bottle top. I used a half of a ball for the center. The other half of the ball is on the hat.

The hat is made of a paper bowl covered in felt. I also used black paint to age all of the silver.
