Our son wanted to be a scary tree and there are no “tree costumes” that we could buy so we got some material from Joanns and a lot of leaves from Michael’s. We made his body suite to be shaped like the trunk and we made a hat to hold the leaves and branches and added a nest with a bird to finish it off.

This cutest homemade tree costume was our first home made costume and we enjoyed it a lot.
