Cutest Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum Couple Halloween Costumes

Meet the Mandies!  Our names are Mandy and Mandi and we work together all day every day. Our desks are next to each other, we like to refer to ourselves as the “the Mandies” and are experts at mixing getting work done with entertaining each other extensively.  In our office we answer to multiple names, Thing 1 and Thing 2, the Mandies, Dumb and Dumber, etc. All of which are not deserved, but since we both have a good sense of humor we embrace it.

We wanted to turn this office joke into a funny Halloween costume and picked Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum from the original “Alice in Wonderland”.  Here’s what we did: red glitter leggings, yellow long-sleeved shirts, red hat from Oriental Trading Company – made the flag from yellow foam, made the bow tie from organza with the blue sequin overlay, sequined ribbon for suspenders, lots of red tulle for tutu’s, hard felt collars and re-purposed shoes with blue glitter.
