Disney’s Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum Women’s Couple Costume

This Disney’s Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum Women’s couple costume was actually from 2009. We went to our local Goodwill and bought red skirts, yellow shirts, red baseball caps, white felt and blue felt. We both happened to already have red tights and the same black shoes so that worked out perfectly! The only other thing that we bought was the orange ribbon in our hair.

So I hemmed the skirts, cut the white felt bibs, made big ribbons out of the blue felt to sew onto the bib, and I wrote our “names” on the excess to put onto the hat. Then I used straws, glue, and some more felt to make the flag on top of the caps. Lastly, I curled the orange ribbon and attached them to hair-ties.

That’s it! The costume was quick and easy to put together and cost us each $20-25.
